In Denver Before 2am on 3rd of May, 2026, a 27 year old man with no name mentioned as authorities have not released his name; told 911 operators that he had been shot. (He was later found and taken to the hospital) The real truth has now come out:
The jailed YouTuber was Regan Benson, wife of Bo Bensn, of Helping Hands for Dignity Coalition, see below Regan is an old lady, shocking! A Denver County Court judge on Friday sentenced a vocal police critic to 60 days in jail and two years of probation, saying he needed to send a message that would deter her and her YouTube followers from future doxing of law enforcement.
Judge Isaam Shamsid-Dean"The court finds the defendant has no respect for the law," said Judge Isaam Shamsid-Deen, adding that Regan Benson, 53, had shown no accountability for her actions. I say old because breaking laws only ages you; not making you a pretty woman at all; all that coffee and cigarettes.
In handing down the sentence, Shamsid-Deen pointed to Benson's conduct after the verdict. Immediately following her conviction, she livestreamed again, calling the jury "stupid," declaring the judge biased, and reiterating her contempt for the criminal justice system. The judge said Benson "purposely and willfully disrespects the law" and that the sentence was necessary to deter her and her followers from similar conduct.
YouTuber shot and killed by police was Luis Johnson of The Real Constitutional Upholders . Johnson has been described as Benson’s “sidekick” and vice versa and both of them frequently rail against police in their videos. They have a combined 40,000 subscribers.
Officers Conor Miller and Andrew Ulum were alerted of a report of a gunshot near the intersection of 16th and California Streets while in their marked police vehicle and headed for the scene.
Then a man stopped them and pointed toward 24 year old Luis Johnson, saying that Johnson had just shot his son. and where did that lead to? Shot his son? So misleading, with son being 27. There was another colder case: DENVER (KDVR) — A Commerce City Police detective is searching for answers nearly four years after a man was fatally shot while trying to help his brother who was being robbed at gunpoint. Some people may be mixing this up with todays shooting.
DENVER (KDVR) — District Attorney John Walsh announced that an investigation into a pair of officers who fired shots at a suspect in downtown Denver in May will not lead to charges.
District Attorney Walsh provided the following conclusion, in part, as a reason not to file charges against either officer:
“When the officers entered the building, they bravely did so at great risk to themselves. They had no cover for protection and decisions had to be made very rapidly. When Johnson turned toward them and brought his gun around to his left, the threat they reasonably perceived from him was immediate and deadly. The risk was too grave and too fast moving for them to pause before defending themselves to issue a warning. "
LawEnforcementI find that Officers Miller and Ulum each had objectively reasonable grounds to believe, and did believe, that they were in imminent danger of being killed or of receiving serious bodily injury, and that using less than deadly physical force would be inadequate to defend themselves. Under Colorado law, they were legally justified to use deadly physical force against Johnson. Therefore, the force used in this incident, which did not cause Johnson’s death, was reasonable and justified. Criminal charges against the officers would be inappropriate, and no charges will be filed against them.” Report by Adam Rosen
Regan Benson is now in Jail.
Now my comment is: Why was a 24 and 27/53 year old woman running around at 2am in the morning with guns in the first place. Evidently Luis was the 24 year old and had become a shooter now shot and killed. One likely place would have been being in a bar and being kicked out at 2am and being drunk with the 53 year old thought to be the 27 year old capable of making a 911 call for help.

Being a wary person, I can see the first hands would be that of these two young men has been's, now one dead young man. That goes for this next group as well. Do they even know what the constitution is all about?
Luis Johnson's membership is below. At 24, he barely had time to live, tuning 21 and then dead in 3 years. What a waste. I don't think much of these groups with their leaders behaving like this packing guns when they should be in bed asleep. I think they are both schemers trying to bilk people out of their money so they can drink and party and never have to work.
53year old born about 1972 doesn't even fit the pattern of being a flower child. She could just be a a thief, a scammer.
As members of We the People, it is our duty to protect our rights and stand against government overreach. The name The Real Constitutional Upholders is not meant to discredit or disrespect any group including law enforcement, military personnel, or others who serve. Rather, it reflects our commitment to upholding the Constitution and holding all public servants accountable to it.Update: 5:58pm, Monday 8/3/26 Tic Toc whoever was chasing Luis seemed to me to be white because of the names he was calling Luis, and most likely a drunk. It was a man, not a woman's voice.
